Proposed Historic Structures Demolition Ordinance

LMT is considering an amendment to the Township Zoning Ordinance to provide for requirements governing the demolition of Historic Structures. The current language is in the PDF below and will be reviewed and considered at the PC Meeting on 12/9/24. Following review and comment by the Township Planning Commission and Bucks County Planning Commission the Ordinance will be considered by the Board of Supervisors.
