Roadway milling shall begin Monday July 29, 2024, in the following area: Penn Valley Manor: Keswick, Oakhill, Delvale, Manor Gate, Manor Lane from Manor Lane North to Keswick, Manor Lane North entrance. Vehicles shall not park on the street between the hours of 7am and 5pm or as posted on the yard signage. Access to residents' homes will be provided throughout the milling and paving operation.
