Foreclosed & Vacant Property Registrations
Lower Makefield has partnered with Hera Property Registry, LLC to administer its Foreclosure and Vacant Property Registration program. In order to comply with the Ordinance, all Mortgagees/Trustees must register online via HERA Property Registry using the link below and pay a registration fee.
Registrants can follow the link below to register a property by clicking on “Register a Property” and then searching for Lower Makefield, or scrolling through our list of communities.
