Pickleball Club

Lower Makefield Township is embracing Pickleball Fever and starting a new membership program. The new Membership will have many more perks than we previously had with our Township MeetUp Group, which will disband in March 2024. Members will use our new Court Reserve App for easier playtime management, back-end support from dedicated support staff, and member discounts on lessons and special pickleball-related events. Events and group lesson information will be announced in the Spring.

New Fees and Structure in 2024 

Pickleball Membership 
Annual Resident $120 Per person 
Annual Non-Resident  $150 Per person 
Resident Snowbird (April -October) $60 Per person 
Non- Resident Snowbird (April -October) $75 Per person 

Membership includes staff support, access to the Pickleball App, Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR) sessions, and scheduled times on the court. More information to come!

If you are new to pickleball and want to join, please register with LMT Pickleball Club | powered by CourtReserve. For current MeetUp Members, your current membership in the Lower Makefield Township (LMT) Pickleball Club will be carried over, but we do need your help to re-enroll. We recommend using a desktop or laptop initially to enroll.

Steps to Re-Enroll:

If you do not have a current login on CourtReserve:

  1. Navigate to LMT Pickleball Club | powered by CourtReserve on the web.
  2. Complete the signup form to create a login and password.
  3. The next time you login to CourtReserve, please review and approve the LMT waiver of liability.
  4. Select the membership type that applies to you.
  5. For mobile phone users, you can use either the CourtReserve app or the browser on your phone afterwards.

If you already have a current login on CourtReserve:

  1. Login to CourtReserve.
  2. Click on the tab under your name.
  3. Select My Organizations/Add Organization.
  4. Search for Lower Makefield Pickleball Club.
  5. Complete the waiver and process without creating a new login and password.

Reserve a Court at Memorial Park!

Recognizing the excitement and potential difficulty to get onto the courts when you desire, we've added the ability to reserve courts at the Memorial Park courts! The courts are open for rental when there is no scheduled class/clinic or membership scheduled activity. You can find a schedule by clicking - HERE. Rentals are requested and enforced through the Court Reserve application.

Court Reservation Fees: 

    1. $16/hr. for LMT Pickleball club member – Resident
    2. $20/hr. for LMT Pickleball club member – Non-Resident
    3. $24/hr. for RESIDENT SPECIAL EVENTS ONLY
    4. $28/hr. for NON-RESIDENT SPECIAL EVENTS ONLY
  • Rental time limit of 2 hours per day.
  • Rentals may only be made during park hours and when there is no scheduled class, program, or event.
  • Each rental can reserve one court at a time.
  • LMT Pickleball club members can reserve a court two weeks in advance.
  • Non-members can reserve a court one week in advance.
  • Rentals will be responsible for clean-up of courts following rental time.
  • Lessons must be held in conjunction with LMT Parks and Recreation. If you would like to offer lessons, please contact prinfo@lmt.org
  • No refunds; Inclement weather rentals will not be reimbursed. The reservation can be rescheduled but not within six hours of the reservation start time. The only refund exception will be with a doctor's note.
