In response to Thursday night's storm, the Lower Makefield Township Community Center at 1550 Oxford Valley Road will be open today (Saturday, June 21st) as a cooling and charging station from 9am to 5pm.
Additionally, the yard waste area at 1100 Edgewood Road (rear of the property behind the Public Works Garage) will be open today (June 21st) from 7am to 12pm for storm-related woody waste drop off.
