Historical Architectural Review Board
The Lower Makefield Township Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) is a seven-member volunteer board appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The HARB evaluates and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding the appropriateness of proposed construction, reconstruction, alteration, restoration, demolition or razing of all or a part of the exterior of any building located within Edgewood Village Historic District.
The goal of HARB is to maintain the general historic and architectural nature of the district which can be seen from a public street or right-of-way.

The Historical Architectural Review Board holds In Person meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm. These times may vary, and additional meetings may be added.
