Rentals & Reservations
All Reservations are made through the Parks and Recreation Department and must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. All last-minute requests will be disqualified unless deemed an emergency by LMTPD.
Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to refuse any applicant for good cause or to revoke an applicant, which has heretofore been approved. In the event of a revocation of an application, the Township shall refund all fees.
Pavilions
Lower Makefield Township has two Pavilions that are available for rent and open to Residents.

Pavilion Rental Fees
Please include plenty of time for setup and teardown in your reservations.
Note! Pavilions are carried in carry out. All waste must be removed upon your departure.

Community Center

All classes or program request will go through monicat@lmt.org.

Reduced pricing is available for non-profits with regular meetings scheduled by contract.
Field Usage
All Requests for field usage will be made through the Director of Parks and Recreation, Township Leagues will be charged through user fees. All other users must go through the reservation process.

Special Events
All Special Event or Camp requests are submitted separately. This could include events/Tournaments/Fund Raisers etc.
